2. Meet Your Health Coach and Start Feeling Good 


For only $15 a week we will help you put your plan into action. Your Nutrition, Exercises, and Trainer are all Accessible with your Login to the Feel Good Fitness App

3. Add Feel Good Services

Add and Remove Services as you need them. Our goal is to fit your busy schedule and Custom build your plan so you Get what you need when you need it.


1-on-1 Training

Get Professional instruction on your schedule. In-Home, Outdoor, or at our Studio. No contracts. Just schedule your session and Your Trainer will bring you through a workout aimed at burning fat and building strength and endurance.


Meal Prep Delivery 

No Clean up Required! Pick from a variety of meals for as low as $5 and have them delivered weekly so you are prepared to Eat Healthy and fuel your Progress

Travis became a certified personal trainer in 2006 shortly after completing his own transformation in losing over 120 pounds. He has since dedicated himself to sports nutrition and exercise science. He continued to train while studying and playing rugby at UCONN. Specializing in weight loss and corrective exercise, Travis enjoys helping people tackle obstacles and achieve goals through a combination of proven and unique methods.
