Travis became a certified personal trainer in 2006 shortly after completing his own transformation in losing over 120 pounds. He has since dedicated himself to sports nutrition and exercise science. He continued to train while studying and playing rugby at UCONN. Specializing in weight loss and corrective exercise, Travis enjoys helping people tackle obstacles and achieve goals through a combination of proven and unique methods.

After serving in the United States Army for 8 years and traveling to and living in South Carolina, Texas, Honduras, Iraq and Kuwait, Vinny moved back home to Connecticut with the passion to pursue his fitness journey. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S in Physical Education and Human Performance. Vinny is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports and Medicine. He likes to combine stability training with strength building exercises to help clients of all ages and ability levels improve balance, functional core strength, and muscle growth. "Never look back unless you are planning to go that way"
